What You Will Be Doing

Being proactive, not reactive.  My specialty is program design for individuals like myself with central nervous system or neurological disorders like Ataxia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's Disease because I share the lifestyle.  I get it!


 However, I will challenge and elevate everyone's fitness levels, promote long-term strength, and resilience. Focusing on mindful movement, core engagement, and stability training laying the groundwork for more effective workouts and a healthier, more balanced body.


Stability-centric workout programs focus on building a solid foundation of strength, balance, and coordination. What you will experience are exercises effective in working through your instability to prioritize core activation, proper posture, and controlled movements to enhance overall stability along with the other elements of fitness. Employing exercises that engage the deep stabilizing muscles, these programs help you improve your functional movement patterns, whether for daily activities or good times. Incorporating stability training into your fitness routine can lead to better posture, increased muscular endurance, muscle size, and a reduced risk of strains and imbalances.  Or, simply breaking through plateaus or barriers in your progress.

Beating challenges with exercise.  During your personal training journey, you will engage in diverse and customized exercise programs stemming from the 7 Primordial Movements (push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, rotation, gait) designed specifically to meet your individual needs and goals using exercise bands, kettlebells, centuries old weighted clubs, body weight, and the seldom seen landmine.  I have created a novel version of the landmine for beginners.


Your full potential will be unlocked with landmine training - versatile, safe, and effective for all fitness levels. As a personal trainer, I recommend incorporating landmine exercises to enhance strength, stability, and rotational power. Experience dynamic workouts that deliver real results and keep your training engaging!


These variations of resistance training, strength development, isometric exercises, and cardiovascular activity - each playing a vital role in enhancing your daily function and overall well-being.


By integrating these modalities into cohesive, multidimensional workouts, dynamic sessions are created that maximize results while keeping you motivated, engaged, and excited. .


You will also learn techniques for falling that reduce injury and techniques for returning to a standing position.
